Return Eligibility

  • Refunds may be issued only for unused items in their original packaging.

  • If promotions or discounts were applied to your order, returns or exchanges are not permitted.

  • When purchasing 2 or more identical items, only one opened item may be refunded.

  • Baby products and gift sets are non-returnable.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please allow 7–14 business days for us to process returns and refunds. We reserve the right to deduct original shipping or discounted amounts from the refund.


Return Instructions

  1. Pack the item(s) securely in their original box and packaging.

  2. Use a reliable shipping service and request signature upon delivery.

  3. Include your original order number on the package.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Email photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping box to ggservice2024@gmail.com

  • Include your order number in the email.

  • Keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

  • If the original packaging is not kept, a replacement may not be issued.
