Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, excluding U.S. Federal Holidays.
  • All orders are subject to approval. We may contact you if additional information is needed.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once a shipping label has been printed, we cannot modify or cancel your order.
  • For inquiries about existing orders, please call (682) 368 0665 during business hours.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard U.S. ground shipping is fulfilled via USPS or UPS.
  • Deliveries to APO/FPO, Alaska, and Hawaii are shipped via USPS.
  • Please allow standard carrier delivery times for arrival.

Returned or Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or insufficient address
  • Missed delivery attempts (3x)
  • Failure to pick up from a UPS Access Point or Post Office
  • Refusal to pay import fees (for international orders)

The following fees apply:

  • Domestic orders: A $9.99 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Canadian returns: The return shipping cost and any unpaid import fees (as determined by USPS or UPS) will be deducted from your refund. Receipts will be provided.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable on all international orders.

Customs & Import Fees

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Certain items may be restricted in your country. Please check with your local customs office for import eligibility.

⚠️ Note: There is no return policy for international orders. Please check product ingredients before purchasing, especially if you have allergies (e.g., products containing caviar).
